Strawberry is one of the most loved fruits amongst most of people. We use completely fresh strawberry pulp, spreading it over the very smooth and creamy layer of the cheese and also we do mix some of this pulp in the cheese to give you a more realistic experience. We use premium quality mascarpone cheese for the cheesecakes we make and the bottom layer of this cheesecake will be of the powdered biscuits mixed with butter to give you a crunch.

The minimum weight of this cake is 1kg, you can increase the quantity by adding more.
